DMCA Notice & Copyright Policy

This site is a volunteer-operated companion guide for HER TREES : PUZZLE DREAM, the hand-drawn point-and-click adventure created and published by Stone and officially released on February 11, 2026. We host editorial text, links, and legally shared assets to help players understand the game before visiting the official storefronts. All trademarks, characters, screenshots, and promotional copy remain the exclusive property of Stone.

Respecting Rights Holders

We never post executable builds, soundtrack downloads, or premium art packs. When we reference official images we credit Stone and only use low-resolution thumbnails permitted under fair use for commentary. If you are a rights holder and would like us to revise or remove something, contact us immediately.

How to Submit a Valid DMCA Notice

Email [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and provide:

  • Your full legal name and physical or electronic signature.
  • An identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (a list is fine if multiple works are affected).
  • The exact URL(s) on her-trees.com that contain the disputed material.
  • Your preferred contact information (email, phone number, and mailing address).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the challenged use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We will confirm receipt within one business day and generally resolve takedown requests within forty-eight hours by removing or editing the referenced content.

Counter Notices

If you believe your material was removed in error, reply to our takedown confirmation email with evidence of your authorization to use the content and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in your local federal court. We may restore the content 10 business days after receiving a complete counter notice unless the complaining party informs us that legal action has been filed.

Reminder: Submitting false DMCA notices or counter notices can carry legal consequences. When unsure, reach out using [email protected] so we can clarify how a piece of material was sourced before filing.
